Recently his interest has has continued to an investigation of frequency specific microcurrents for the treatment of chronic pain.

 

His work ranges from the conventional (C++, I/O interfacing) to the further reaches of Complementary Medicine.

 

Dr Rudolph completed his research PhD in Biomedical Engineering, in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering with the thesis entitled “An Adaptive Patient Controlled Analgesia System”. 

 

After receiving his PhD degree from the University of Melbourne, Australia, Dr Rudolph designed medical equipment in Toyko (1997) and was recruited as Research Director by the venture capital company Mondo Medical to commercialize his PhD research in Patient Controlled Analgesia (PCA).

 

After taking on the post of Snr Program  Officer for the Australian Embassy Lao PDR, Vientiane,  with AusAID, Dr Rudolph commenced at RMiT University in 2003.  See CV for more details.
